You have 14 calendar days to return an item(any condition) from the date you received it. Please note that special order items are exempt from our standard return policy. Special order items are products that are not typically carried in our regular inventory but can be specifically ordered from the vendor upon customer request. As these items are obtained on a case-by-case basis and tailored to individual customer preferences, they cannot be returned once opened, unless they are found to be defective or damaged. We encourage our customers to thoroughly consider their choices before placing special orders to ensure the utmost satisfaction.
