Cancellation and No-Show Policy

I value your time and a commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you, I have a 24-Hour cancellation policy in place, which I kindly request your cooperation with.

Cancellations:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, I ask that you provide me with at least a 24-hour notice. This will allow me to accommodate your needs and potentially offer the slot to clients on my waiting list. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled services.

Secure Appointment:
To secure your appointment, I require a credit card number. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to provide the required notice for cancellation.

Late Arrivals:
I want to offer the best possible service to all of you, and punctuality is vital to achieving this goal. I understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but arriving more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled services, including eyebrows and lip or chin waxing, may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure that you receive the best service and that I am able to stay on time so other clients don’t have to wait.
